Big News: Core is Growing — Introducing Our New Yaletown Studio
We have some exciting news to share!
Thanks to your incredible support, Core is growing. We're thrilled to announce that we have acquired FORM Body Lab, in Yaletown, which will be fully integrating into Core by August 11th. This new studio will give us more space, more class options, and a deeper range of services than ever before, all within the same community you already know and trust.
In the meantime, all your regular classes continue as scheduled at our current Kitsilano and Main Street locations, and every service and price at the Yaletown studio will move into our Core community pricing, so FORM will feel like a natural, fully integrated part of Core rather than a separate business.
At the heart of this expansion is a bigger commitment to clinical Pilates. Our Yaletown studio will offer a more targeted, rehabilitation-focused approach to Pilates, guided by licensed Physiotherapists rather than general instructors. This style of training is built around your body's specific needs, whether you're recovering from an injury, managing chronic pain, or working toward a very particular movement goal like returning to running, lifting, or a sport after time off. Sessions are assessed and progressed clinically, so the exercises you're given are chosen to address the root cause of an issue, not just the symptoms. It's a wonderful complement to the classes you already love, and it opens the door for members who need a more hands-on, clinical layer of support alongside their regular practice.
Alongside clinical Pilates, we're excited to welcome Registered Massage Therapy to the Yaletown location. Our incoming RMT will offer therapeutic massage focused on recovery, pain relief, and stress management, helping to release tension, improve circulation, and support your body between workouts and everyday life. Whether you're dealing with tight shoulders from a desk job, recovering from an intense training block, or simply need dedicated time to reset and unwind, massage therapy will be available to book as its own standalone appointment, separate from your class schedule.
Rounding out our new services is Osteopathy, a whole-body approach to treating pain and movement issues. Rather than focusing on a single area in isolation, our Osteopath will look at how your joints, muscles, and connective tissue work together, identifying patterns and imbalances that may be contributing to discomfort or limited mobility elsewhere in the body. This makes Osteopathy a great option for members dealing with nagging aches, postural issues, or movement restrictions that haven't fully resolved with other treatments. Like RMT, Osteopathy appointments will be bookable on their own, giving you the flexibility to fit them into your schedule whenever you need them.
Together, clinical Pilates, RMT, and Osteopathy round out a truly comprehensive approach to movement and recovery under one roof in Yaletown, bridging the gap between fitness and rehabilitation in a way that reflects everything Core stands for. More details on booking, scheduling, and practitioners will be shared as we get closer to opening.
Stay tuned for more updates as we get closer to opening our doors in Yaletown. Thank you for being part of the Core community — this next chapter is for you.
