STUDIO POLICIES

  • Our cancellation policy requires that you notify us 12 hours in advance for classes and 24 hours in advance for private and semi-privates sessions. You can cancel a class online, or you can call or email the studio. If you do not cancel before this window, you will automatically be charged for the class or session. 

  • Please note that if someone on the waitlist gets your spot, you will still be charged for any late cancellation. Sorry, no exceptions.

  • Our class packages do expire, but we give you a lot of time to ‘use ‘em or lose ‘em’. Many studios have a short expiration window; ours is a generous six months. Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to adjust your package due to medical reasons, upcoming travel or another matter. We will do our best to accommodate your needs and can discuss an extension.

  • We kindly ask that all cellphones and wearable tech are turned off or put on silent mode during classes and privates, in respect of the rest of the class and the instructor. If you are a doctor on call or if you have a sick child, the receptionist will be pleased to monitor your phone for the duration of your class. 

  • In consideration of your teachers, fellow class members, and the security of the studio, we will no longer be able to allow entrance into group classes past class start time. Be sure to give yourself enough time to plan transportation and parking if necessary.

  • Prices, classes and instructors are subject to change without notice. Please check our website for the most current schedule. 

  • Students must be 16 years or older to take class (unless discussed prior). 

  • We are sorry, but we are not able to offer refunds on purchases.
