Pilates Teacher Training Vancouver
Founded by Ory Avni, Body & Flow offers a variety of educational courses and workshops with an emphasis on supporting students in becoming thoughtful, confident, responsible, and compassionate leaders in the movement community.
Ory has over 20 years of teaching experience, and has been inspiring movement teachers worldwide through Body & Flow since 2008.
Recognizing that outstanding teachers require confidence in how to teach as much as in what to teach, Ory developed Body & Flow to foster future educators who excel in decision making, critical thinking, and adaptability. These crucial aspects of teaching are often overlooked in comparable programs.
Body & Flow incorporates the original work of Joseph Pilates with adjustments and additions that take modern scientific progress and knowledge into consideration. All Body & Flow programs prioritize that future teachers recognize the diversity in the students they encounter, and connect with them mindfully and successfully. Safety and quality are never compromised.
If you're considering a future in Pilates, Body & Flow will help you gain the tools and knowledge necessary to set you up for success and develop your unique voice as a teacher!
