Meet Trillby
Trilby is a movement teacher and Holistic Nutritionist. She teaches both group and private classes across a wide variety of movement styles, including Mat and Reformer Pilates, strength training, yoga, meditation, breathwork and dance-cardio. Her classes are dynamic, joyful, music-driven, and thoughtfully crafted to provide a balance of effort and grace. She’s known for her creative, “sneaky burn” sequencing and imaginative cues.
When not teaching or working with nutrition clients, she’s writing for her substack, Poetry in Motion, which offers tools and techniques to promote longevity and joy through nutrition, movement and lifestyle support.
