Meet Sierra

Sierra is passionate about using Pilates to help people build strength, awareness, and ease. Her classes combine precision, flow, and fun, with a focus on the mind-body connection. After turning to Pilates for recovery from chronic pain and injuries, she now enjoys how it supports her love of running, hiking, and skiing. Sierra brings enthusiasm, humour, and curiosity to her teaching, and is certified in Mat, Reformer, and Apparatus through Balanced Body. She loves tailoring sessions to meet clients’ unique movement goals, and making Pilates as fun, challenging, and accessible as possible!
