Meet Sasha
Sasha is a passionate Pilates instructor with a love for outdoor activities. Originally from Vancouver, Sasha has always been an avid skier, road biker and tennis player. She discovered Pilates while recovering from a horseback riding injury and quickly fell in love with the method's ability to improve her flexibility, strength, and balance. She completed her mat and apparatus training with Pilates Process and Balanced Body.
Sasha is dedicated to helping her clients achieve their fitness goals through Pilates. She believes that Pilates is not just a workout but a way of life that can help improve one's overall wellbeing. Her classes are challenging yet fun, and she is always striving to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for everyone.
