Meet Laura
Laura is a registered nutritionist and Pilates instructor who discovered the power of Pilates during recovery from an abdominal surgery. Through rebuilding her own core strength and stability, she developed a deep appreciation for how Pilates supports healing, confidence, and long-term strength. Originally from New Zealand, she brings a creative and down-to-earth energy to her classes, which are thoughtfully designed to meet you where you’re at while still offering a challenge that helps you feel strong, capable, and connected to your body.
