Meet Kate

Kate has always been passionate about fitness and nutrition which led her to becoming a Garuda instructor teaching mat work and apparatus. The results were bodies that could move without pain while increasing strength and flexibility! This all led to taking her Stott Pilates training in matwork and reformer in Winnipeg. Afterwards she expanded her Garuda repertoire with Chakra (foam roller), Barre, Tara (sling), Graha (brick), Seated/Standing Mat work, TRX and completed her Stott Pilates training with Cadillac, Chair and Barrel as well as advanced repertoire. She brings enthusiasm and fun to her clients, challenging them to reach their full potential of movement and strength!

Kate is a mom of four who loves to hike, backpack, paddle board, ski, run and travel with her husband (and kids when they’ll join!).
