Her personal journey, shaped by overcoming an injury, has fueled a desire to make Pilates both meaningful and accessible for everyone. What began as a way to heal has grown into a deep commitment to share this joy with others.

Isla is trained in the Balanced Body, which informs her approach and allows her to provide instruction suited to diverse needs.Her classes are designed to help students connect and activate their Powerhouse, synchronize movement with breath, and foster true concentration. Isla prioritizes making every session inclusive, approachable, and fun, creating a space where all bodies feel seen, supported, and empowered.
