Meet Hana

As a dance artist and Pilates instructor, Hana has had a life-long fascination with movement and
its ability to enhance our physical and mental well-being, and transform our assumptions about
our own capabilities. Having trained extensively as a professional dancer, she was drawn to
Pilates as a result of several dance injuries. She fell in love with its ability to strengthen and heal
through movement, and quickly noticed how the work helped her gain a deeper understanding
of her body and feel stronger and more connected to her movement.

She is a certified STOTT Pilates® instructor, and continued her Pilates education through Pilates Process TM. She seeks to create a nurturing, playful environment, where clients can explore healthy, functional movements, and work towards a dynamic sense of alignment, so that they may move with more joy, freedom and ease, in their practice, and in daily life.
