Meet Halle

Movement has always been a central part of my life — from growing up as a dancer and playing competitive hockey, to skiing, snowboarding, and strength training after high school. A few years ago I was diagnosed with scoliosis after an injury in the gym. Shortly after I was introduced to Pilates — and it completely changed the way I connect with my body.

Pilates taught me how to move with intention, build deep core strength, and integrate the body as a whole rather than isolating muscles without purpose. I now blend that mindful approach with my background in functional fitness and my role at F45, where I love helping others sweat, smile, and feel strong.

My mission is to help people relearn proper movement patterns, reconnect with their bodies, and build strength in a safe, low-impact, and empowering way.
