Meet Christina
Christina is a physiotherapist who truly believes that movement is medicine. She loves helping people discover how powerful movement can be in healing and feeling their best. In her sessions, Christina uses Clinical Pilates as a key part of treatment—helping clients build strength, confidence, and ease in how they move.
She completed her Master of Physical Therapy at UBC and her Bachelor of Kinesiology and Health Science, and holds the highest level of manual therapy designation as a Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Physiotherapy (FCAMPT). Christina also holds certifications in Anatomical Neuropathic Intramuscular Stimulation (Dry Needling) and STOTT Rehabilitative Matwork and Reformer Pilates, with additional coursework in the neck and spine, shoulder, and foot and ankle.
Outside the studio, you’ll find her with her family and Bernedoodle, out surfing, hiking, or travelling!
