Meet Ava

Ava is a third-generation Pilates instructor who completed her training in Montréal. Through her classical dance training, she discovered how Pilates could support her through injuries, offering both rehabilitation and a deeper connection to mindful movement. Inspired by her parents, who have always practiced Pilates, Ava was drawn to teaching as a way to share the same strength and support she found in her own practice.

Ava’s classes are challenging yet accessible, blending flow, control, and creativity. She focuses on building functional strength, creating space within the body, and helping clients move with ease and confidence.
